Field Trip to Delta Historical Museum
On Friday, March 14, 2026, full-time VCA learners enjoyed a field trip to the Delta Historical Museum. There were many fascinating exhibits to explore, with displays ranging from dinosaurs to early video games. Learners saw dinosaur bones excavated in Delta and surrounding areas, clothing from the past, local Native American artifacts, original cameras, furniture, old toys, and many other interesting pieces.
Outside, learners toured the original jailhouse with two cells and viewed farm equipment from the 1800s and early 1900s. One of the highlights of the trip was ringing the different bells on the patio, which everyone really enjoyed trying. It was an enjoyable and educational day for all!
