The Ute Museum in Montrose was the perfect field trip on a cool and rainy day on April 26th! The younger group enjoyed looking at the museum displays and participating in a special scavenger hunt. Our older learners participated in a loom beading project and created beautiful bracelets. The whole group enjoyed time outdoors in the tipis, on the playground, and saw the burial place of Chief Chipeta and Chief John McCook. It was a wonderful experience.
